These terms govern your use of alexsweeps.com. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough under the law where you live, to use this service. You must confirm this when registering. We may ask you to verify your age and may suspend or close accounts that do not meet this requirement. The service is only available where it is lawful, and we may restrict access by location.
2. WHAT THIS SERVICE IS
Alex Sweeps is a support and transaction-review portal. We provide a game directory, app installation guidance, published payment guidance, private support chat, and manual review of transaction submissions.
We do not hold a player wallet, we do not calculate or pay winnings, and we do not operate games of chance on this website. Any game you reach from our directory is governed by that operator's own terms.
3. YOUR ACCOUNT
Keep your password private and your email address current. You are responsible for what happens through your account. One person may hold one account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or must be restricted for legal reasons.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use the service to break the law, impersonate anyone, submit false or altered payment evidence, harass our staff, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or scrape it by automated means.
5. TRANSACTION SUBMISSIONS
Transaction submission is disabled until the required legal and payment-provider approvals are complete. Where it is enabled:
- You send payment outside this website, using your own payment provider. - You submit the amount, reference and proof for our review. - Review is manual and is not instant. - We may request further information, or decline a submission that cannot be verified, appears fraudulent, or would breach these terms or the law. - Submitting a request does not by itself entitle you to any credit, prize or payout.
You are responsible for any fees your payment provider charges, and for sending funds to the correct destination. We cannot recover payments sent to the wrong recipient.
6. SUPPORT CHAT
Support chat is for account and transaction questions. Messages you have sent cannot be edited or deleted by you, so that the record stays reliable for both sides. Conversations and attachments are removed on the retention schedule shown in your account.
7. PROMOTIONS
Any promotion is subject to its own published terms, which prevail over these terms where they conflict. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn where stated or where required by law. A promotion is not available where it would be unlawful.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Alex Sweeps name, branding and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from them without permission. Third-party game artwork and trade marks belong to their owners.
9. AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may carry out maintenance without notice.
10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability we do have is limited to the amount you paid us directly, if any, in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a third-party game operator or payment provider.
11. INDEMNITY
You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service.
12. RESPONSIBLE PLAY
Play only what you can afford to lose, and take breaks. If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, seek support from a qualified organisation in your area. Contact us if you want your account closed.
13. CHANGES
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
14. TERMINATION
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account for breach, suspected fraud, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
